As we look at the lives of many leaders and people who have
experienced success in life, the one quality that they all
had in common and displayed, the one characteristic they all
shared is what I would call the ability to see something before
it happened. It is what many of us would call ‘vision’.
But it was their vision, their ability to imagine an ideal
future or an invention or a new business or a new way of doing
things or a new piece of music or work of art, well in advance
of creating it, that made their success. It was their vision
that took ordinary men and women and raised them to a level
of personal and professional satisfaction and success. And
it can be the same for you!
You can be successful
too!
Your life vision is a visualisation, an
imaginary creation of the ideal life you would like to live,
in every respect. You create it as an expression of the values
and beliefs you hold most dear. It is an expression of the
purpose that gives meaning to your life. It is driven by the
goals that you have set before you. It is the expression of
the REAL you, ready to be birth again as you step out and
take control of your life. From the very day that you develop
a clear vision for who and what you are and where you are
going in life, you begin to become a person destined to success.
Are you ready to be the REAL you?
One of the great secrets of successful people is that they
“dream big dreams.” Successful people see themselves
without any limitations, able to do and achieve what ever
they wish to do. Try for one moment to shut your eyes and
imagine that you have no limitations on what you can be, have
or do. Imagine for a moment that you have all of the resources
that you would ever need to achieve the highest goals to which
you could ever aspire. Imagine that you have all the time,
money, people, contacts and intelligence that you could ask
for to become everything that you could ever become. Imagine
that you can see your life long dreams becoming reality before
your eyes.
Are you seeing your
dreams?
What would you like to do? Where would you
like to go? What would you like to accomplish? And most of
all, what kind of a person would you like to become? Well,
let me assure you that anything you have placed on that list
can be achieved. Nothing is impossible for you if you have
the courage and the determination to see it happen. But…
it all depends on you. Have you got a vision of your future?
Are you ready to see it happen? Then there is something you
must do too. You must take action on your future and re-discover
the REAL you.
It all boils down to one simple thing: taking action or not
taking action. Taking action on your goals and dreams is the
most important step towards your success or your failure in
life! It does not matter how bad you are at something you
want to do; the secret is to just get started and stick with
it. If you will do that I can promise you that if you do it
long enough, you will be successful at it! You have a choice
before you: you can remain what you are and have been all
of your life. You can carry on until you go the grave to be
the person you are and do the things you are doing. Or…
you can start rediscovering the REAL you. You can chose to
be the loser that you have been so far; or… you can
be the winner that you were meant to be! You have the choice.
You can be another victim of a wasted life or… you can
fulfil your destiny. Many of my clients have already chosen
a new, REAL life and their testimonies are a confirmation
that anyone can do it, anyone can have a new and richer and
more fulfilled life. But…
